By accessing or using SoforApp, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions, do not use the application or any of our premium services.
2. Service Eligibility
SoforApp provides a technology platform for executive chauffeured transportation. Users must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and utilize the booking features. Corporate accounts require separate verification and authorized signatory status.
3. Premium Conduct
Our services are designed for an executive clientele. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct towards chauffeurs. Failure to comply results in immediate account suspension without refund of platform fees.
